Large Direct Mail provider is currently recruiting for an experienced Mail Department Production Manager for their direct mail facility in the Pacific Northwest.

The Mail Department Production Manager will direct the production of mailing, fulfillment, handwork, ink jetting, bindery, inventory control and laser imaging. Primary responsibilities include training, assigning workloads, supervisor and quality control for daily production activity. The recruited candidate, will lead, direct and deploy all manufacturing activities for our production facility. They will provide training and staff development and ensure company standards for productivity and quality. Also, this position is responsible for adherence and reinforcement of all company policies and procedures and supporting company requirements for safety and maintenance.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
5+ years of manager or supervisor experience in a Direct Mail
environment.
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
Strong Leadership and communication abilities.
Knowledge of inserters, laserjets, inkjets, labelers, bindery and mailing operations.
Knowledge of U.S. Postal Service (USPS) regulations.
The ability to identify and resolve conflicts between employees.
Strong knowledge of the Financial Industry.
