Description

This position entails working in a fast-paced environment, where client databases are prepared and programmed to move into personalization production on direct marketing/mail materials. This is a team environment, requiring developed skills in collaboration, problem solving, communication, and change management. The right candidate will possess a strong sense of accountability for quality, process enhancement, and solution development.

Required Experience:

· Minimum of Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field
· 2+ years experience in direct marketing/mail personalization programming
· Database management experience (SQL experience preferred)
· Strong problem solving skills
· Ability to adapt quickly to new software and applications
· Ability to manage multiple tasks
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Direct mail postal processing experience preferred
· VB, Java, C++, or other programming language experience is a plus
