Description

Finishing & Mailing Center (an Ad Pages related company) provides printing and mailing services to customers running direct mail campaigns and/or in need of general commercial printing.

Our department’s goal is to process these lists and files as efficiently as possible utilizing postal sortation software and various printing and graphic design programs.

We are looking for candidates who can:

• Accept, coordinate and handle all incoming data print and mail files from customers.
• Format and print incoming files to our Docutech 5000ap utilizing Printshop Mail / Fusion Pro VDP software for Variable Data files.

• Presort all mail files utilizing BCC software

• Develop a system for scheduling all digital print jobs, measuring production benchmarks and monitoring quality control.

• Oversee and maintain all digital equipment.

• Keep abreast of changing technology and postal requirements.

• Manage warehousing and inventory of mail pieces and printed materials.

Finishing and Mailing Center has been in operation for over 20 years. Our clientele consists mainly of commercial businesses and our own sister company’s direct mail clients. (This position does not include any web design.)

As we operate with fast turn times, the candidate must be able to work quickly under tight deadlines, have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and work well with customers and staff.

The willingness to learn and the desire to share with us what you know is important to us. Candidates must have working knowledge of the following software programs: BCC Postal Presort or other postal software, Print Shop Mail or Equivalent VDP program, Adobe CS4/5, Xerox or CREO Rips.

This is a full time position with benefits.
