Description

Location: Anchor’s Plano, Texas office. We have an opening for an accomplished Technical Support Specialist. Our software consists of applications for cleansing and manipulating large mailing files, processing lists through U.S. Postal Service databases, and preparing highly complex documents for high-speed, large scale imaging.

A degree is desirable but not required, knowledge of Anchor Software (formerly Mirus) or Group 1 or Firstlogic software, or a minimum of 3 years using any other direct mail software in a production or support environment. Programming experience is desirable in C++ C# VB PHP ASP .NET. The Right candidate will have a thirst for knowledge and Aptitude and Ambition.

Normal hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Overtime or on-call coverage as required. At this time we are not offering a relocation package.
